About Intui
Intui (Intui.travel) is a booking agent for transfers between airports, hotels, villas and other addresses. It does not own vehicles. Local licensed transport companies drive the cars, and Intui's terms say more than 5,000 of them are in its network. The company behind the site is EasyUpTur LLP, registered in the UK, and the site's footer says it has run since 2011.
You can choose a shared shuttle, a private car, a business class car or limousine, or a car with a boat trip. On its home page in mid-2026, Intui gave starting prices of 3 EUR for shuttle and economy seats, 7 EUR for private transfers and 50 EUR for car plus boat. Real prices appear after you search a route.
Delivery and where it ships
Nothing is shipped. Intui lists transfers in 175 countries and about 3,500 airports. After you pay, the carrier confirms the order and Intui sends the meeting point and the driver's and company's phone numbers by e-mail. They are also in your account. Intui says it cannot guarantee that every request is accepted. Notice times are set by each carrier: its help pages mention 24 to 48 hours for most shuttles and 2 to 12 hours for some private cars.
Returns and warranty
Intui sets no warranty. It states cancellation rules instead. Each carrier sets a free-cancellation deadline that is shown before you pay. Cancelling in your account before that deadline has no charge, while cancelling by e-mail through support costs 10 EUR. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. If a carrier fails to show up through its own fault, Intui says it refunds that trip. Refunds take 1 to 5 business days according to a 2024 help page, and the payment processor may take a fee.
