Intui Review 2026: Are Its Airport Transfers Worth Booking?
Intui is a marketplace for airport transfers run by local companies in 175 countries. We look at prices, cancellation rules, delays, payment and what customers say.

Short verdict: Intui is a booking site for airport transfers. Local transport companies drive the cars, and Intui takes the order and the payment. The choice is wide and the "from" prices are low, but the free-cancellation window changes with each offer, and some customers report no-shows and slow refunds. We rate it 3.6 out of 5.
How we wrote this review: We have not ordered from Intui ourselves, so we do not describe a real trip. Intui's website blocked our automated checks on 6 October 2026. Most Intui facts therefore come from copies of its help pages, terms and home page saved in mid-2026, and a few come from older copies of help pages from 2024. We say so where it matters. The Trustpilot score was checked on 6 October 2026. Please read the offer page on Intui before you pay, because details can change.
What is Intui?
Intui (Intui.travel) is a website where you book rides to and from airports. You enter your flight, pick a car and pay on the site. A local transport company then does the drive.
Intui does not own cars. Its terms say it is a booking agent, and the transport contract is between you and the carrier. The terms also say Intui works with more than 5,000 licensed carriers in 175 countries. The home page says it covers about 3,500 airports.
The company behind the site is EasyUpTur LLP, registered in the UK. The terms give its incorporation date as 1 September 2011. The site is in English and many other languages, and you can view prices in several currencies, including EUR, USD and GBP.
Transfer types and prices
Intui is a service, not a shop, so there are no fixed prices to list. The real price depends on your route, the car, the date and the number of passengers. It only appears after you search. These are the "from" prices that Intui showed on its home page in mid-2026.
| Transfer type | Intui's "from" price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Shuttle bus and economy | From 3 EUR | Shared shuttle seats, and economy cars or minivans. Shuttle prices are per person. |
| Private transfer | From 7 EUR | A driver with a name sign. Standard cars, business class cars, limousines and convertibles. The price is for the whole car. |
| Business or limousine | Included in the private range | Higher class cars. You can pick by brand and features. |
| Car plus boat | From 50 EUR | A car with a boat or ferry on the route. |
These prices are in euros and come from Intui's home page as saved in mid-2026. We could not run a live search on 6 October 2026, so we cannot give a real route price. Treat "from" prices as the lowest case.
Intui says the price covers the meeting, the trip and both legs of a round trip. It also covers passengers and luggage within the car's limit. Its help page says fuel, tolls, parking and taxes are already part of the price. Ferry costs and other extras are noted in each offer's details.
Shuttle or private: what to choose
A shuttle is cheaper per person. It is shared, so it may stop at other hotels and take longer. Intui says shuttle transfers must be paid 100% online. Each person usually gets one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage, and a shuttle may not go to a private villa.
A private car goes straight to your address. The price is for the car, so a group of three or four often splits the cost. Intui lists how many suitcases each car takes. Its help page treats a standard suitcase as one no larger than 68 x 53 x 35 cm. For skis, golf clubs, pushchairs or wheelchairs, choose a car that names them.
Shuttles do not carry child seats. On private rides, seats and boosters are free with some companies and paid with others. They are best added when you book. An older help page from 2024 lists a 10 EUR fee for a seat added after booking on the standard fare, so check the current fee.
Waiting time, delays and booking changes
The waiting time is written in each car's description. Per Intui's terms, an offer with the label "If flight delayed, we wait. No extra charge." keeps the driver there for up to 2 hours past the planned landing.
If your delay is longer, you must call or message the transport company. The phone numbers are in your booking documents. An older help page (2024) says that if you do not tell the carrier, the driver may turn up only at the time you first booked, and the trip is treated as completed. Night extra fees can apply on some routes.
Changes in your account are free, but the carrier may change the price if the route, the passenger count or the car class changes. Intui also says it cannot promise that every request is accepted. If no carrier accepts, Intui tells you by e-mail.
Shipping and booking
There is nothing to ship. This section is about how booking works and when you get your confirmation.
- You search by airport, hotel, address or map point, choose a car, enter flight details and pay.
- After payment, the carrier confirms the order. Intui then sends a booking document by e-mail and puts it in your account. It tells you where to meet and gives phone numbers for the driver and the company. Intui's help pages say to keep it, ideally on paper, and show it on boarding.
- Most shuttle offers need 24 to 48 hours of notice. Private cars can need 2 to 12 hours. The carrier sets this for each offer.
- Intui's FAQ suggests booking anywhere from a month to 12 months ahead.
Payment methods on the home page in mid-2026 show cards (Visa and Mastercard), wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, Alipay, WeChat) and bank options (iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit). The methods you see depend on your country and currency. A few offers split the bill: you pay a share on the site and hand the balance to the driver in cash. That works only if the carrier accepts cash, and both amounts are shown before payment.
Returns and refunds
For a transfer, "returns" means cancelling. The rules are the part to read with care.
- Each carrier sets its own free-cancellation deadline. You see it at the moment you pick a car, and again in your order details.
- If you cancel in your own account before the deadline, there is no cancellation charge, says the mid-2026 terms.
- If you ask support to cancel by e-mail, Intui withholds 10 EUR. For a round trip where the first ride has already happened, the return ride can be cancelled only by e-mail, no later than 48 hours ahead, and 15 EUR is withheld.
- If you cancel late or do not show up, the terms say there is no refund.
- If the carrier is to blame for a missed pick-up, the terms say Intui repays that trip in full. You must claim any extra taxi cost from the carrier.
- Complaints must be sent in writing within 20 days, with proof such as call screenshots or photos.
A 2024 help page says the money returns by the same payment route you used, within 1 to 5 business days. That page also says the payment processor can take a fee from the refund, depending on how you paid. The page lists fees such as 3% to 5.2% for some methods. This was from 2024 and may have changed. Pick your payment method with this in mind, and check the current fee table before you pay.
What customers say
On Trustpilot, the page "Intui.travel transfer" has a 3.8 score from 493 Trustpilot reviews. The profile is claimed. We checked this on 6 October 2026. About two in three reviews give five stars, and about one in four gives one star.
- Common praise: drivers who arrive on time, tidy cars and a simple booking process.
- Common complaints: missing drivers, cars that did not match the listing, refund delays and fees taken from refunds, and slow support.
Intui's own site shows a higher score and thousands of reviews. Those are published by Intui, so we give more weight to Trustpilot.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Very wide coverage: 175 countries and about 3,500 airports, according to Intui.
- Low "from" prices: shuttle seats from 3 EUR and private cars from 7 EUR.
- Intui's help page says fuel, tolls and parking are already in the quoted price.
- Free cancellation in your account before the carrier's deadline, and a full refund if the carrier is at fault.
- The waiting time is listed per car, and some offers wait up to 2 hours.
Cons
- Real prices show only after a search, so you cannot compare before you start.
- The cancellation deadline is different for each offer, so you must check every time.
- Cancelling by e-mail costs 10 EUR, and refunds may lose a processor fee.
- Intui says it cannot promise that every booking request is accepted.
- Trustpilot customers report no-shows and slow support. Intui does not state support hours in the pages we saw.
Who should book with Intui?
A good choice for:
- Travellers who want to book a transfer to a hotel or address in advance and compare several cars.
- Groups and families who can share the price of a private car.
- People who go to less common places, because the network is wide.
Not a good choice for:
- Last-minute trips, since most offers need 24 to 48 hours of notice.
- Anyone whose plans may change, unless the offer has a late free-cancellation deadline.
- Travellers who want one company to be fully responsible, because the carrier does the trip.
Tips before you order
- Read the free-cancellation deadline and the waiting time on the offer before you pay.
- Check the total in your own currency, since your bank may use a different exchange rate.
- Enter your flight number and arrival time carefully, and tell the carrier if your flight changes.
- Add child seats and extra luggage at booking.
- Save the driver's and company's phone numbers. On the day of travel, call the carrier first.
- Keep screenshots and photos if the driver does not appear. Intui asks for them within 20 days.
- Cancel in your account, not by e-mail, to avoid the 10 EUR fee.
