Quick answer: To cancel an Intui.travel transfer for free, cancel it yourself in your Personal Account before the free-cancellation deadline shown with your offer. Intui's help pages say the refund goes back to your original payment method in 1 to 5 business days, and the payment processor may keep a small fee. Cancelling by e-mail costs 10 EUR, and a no-show is never refunded.

How we wrote this guide: we read Intui's terms and conditions (archived copy from June 2026) and its older help pages on cancellation, fares, flight delays and missed pick-ups (archived copies from 2024). Intui's live site blocked our requests, so we could not check today's wording. We have not booked a transfer with Intui ourselves, so this guide repeats what Intui's help pages say. A rule may have changed: always check the conditions shown with your offer and in your order.

Who sets the rules

Intui is a booking agent and does not own cars. A local transport company carries out your transfer, and Intui's terms say your transport contract is with that company. The transport company also sets the free-cancellation deadline for each offer. Intui's help pages say this deadline is shown when you choose the transfer and again in the order card in your Personal Account. Two cars on the same route can have different rules.

The free-cancellation deadline

Intui has two fares, STANDARD and FLEXI, and its sources do not agree on the deadline:

  • The Cancellation and Refund page (2024) says STANDARD orders can be cancelled without penalty more than 48 hours before the transfer.
  • The fare comparison table (also 2024) says "not later than 3 days" for STANDARD and 2 days for FLEXI.
  • The Cancellation and Refund page says FLEXI follows the time stated in your order.

We cannot tell which figure is current. The deadline printed with your own offer and order is the one that counts. After it, Intui's help pages say the transport company will not refund the amount paid.

How to cancel in the Personal Account

Intui's terms (June 2026) say you cancel the order yourself in your Personal Account, at any time before the date of the first (or only) trip. They add: "There is no payment for canceling an order in your personal account." You only get money back if you are inside the deadline. An older help page lists the steps:

  1. Log in and open My Orders on the dashboard.
  2. Click the order you want to cancel.
  3. Scroll to the end of the page and find the Cancellation rules and Cancel transfer buttons.
  4. Read the Cancellation rules, then click Cancel transfer.

If the button does not work, write to support before the deadline passes.

Cancelling by e-mail, and cancelling one leg

The 2024 help page says a transfer cannot be cancelled by e-mail or phone, only online. The June 2026 terms describe two e-mail options, each with a fee:

  • Full order through support: a written request to support@intui.travel. Intui keeps 10 EUR from the refund. If the deadline has passed when Intui receives your e-mail, there is no refund.
  • One leg of a round trip: after the first trip date has passed, you can cancel the second leg only by e-mail to support@intui.travel, at least 48 hours before it. Intui keeps 15 EUR. If the transport company's deadline has passed, that leg is not refunded.

The older page said one leg could not be cancelled at all. Because the sources differ, ask support in writing and keep the reply.

What counts as a no-show

Intui's terms say that if you did not cancel and did not show up for the pick-up, "the service is considered to be successfully provided" and the payment is not refunded, whether you used the trip or not. Intui and the transport company are also not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, wrong details you entered, or delays at passport control or baggage claim. Extra hours added to an order are only refunded if you cancel inside the free-cancellation deadline.

Refund timing and processor fees

The Cancellation and Refund page (2024) says refunds are made within 1 to 5 business days after cancellation, through the payment system you used. It lists these fees taken from the refund by the payment processor:

  • No fee if the transport company cancelled the order.
  • No fee for Visa or Mastercard paid through IntellectMoney, or for WeChat.
  • Paid up to 180 days ago: 3 to 7 EUR for payments up to 100 EUR, or 3% to 6.5% above 100 EUR.
  • Paid more than 180 days ago: case by case, 5 to 50 EUR.
  • iDEAL or POLi: 3 to 35 EUR in bank charges.
  • Alipay: 3%.

These come from a 2024 page, so treat them as a guide only.

STANDARD vs FLEXI fares and changes

Intui's terms say you make all changes in your Personal Account, at no charge. The transport company can change the price if you change the route, passengers or car class, and it can refuse a change. Then you keep the order as it was or cancel it under the normal rules. Once a change is accepted, Intui e-mails a new booking confirmation. The 2024 fare table compares the fares:

RuleSTANDARDFLEXI
Latest booking48 hours before1 to 2 days before
Cancellation with refundNot later than 3 days beforeNot later than 2 days before
Changes to the orderNot later than 72 hours beforeNot later than 5 hours before
Adding passengers (private transfer)Not possiblePossible

The 2024 flight delay page says online edits are available for FLEXI orders. For STANDARD, it says to cancel and book again with the new details. If your plans may change, FLEXI is easier.

Flight delays and waiting time

Intui's FAQ says each car's description shows how long the transport company waits. Offers marked "If flight delayed, we wait. No extra charge." wait up to 2 hours from the scheduled time at no extra cost, according to the terms.

For a longer delay, contact the transport company directly by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or WeChat, using the contacts on your booking confirmation. The 2024 delay page says that if you do not tell the company, the car may come at the booked time and the order counts as done. Changes e-mailed to Intui after the change deadline are not accepted.

If the driver does not show up

Intui's 2024 help page gives these steps:

  1. Follow the meeting instructions on your booking confirmation.
  2. Check your phone is on and is the number you gave.
  3. Call the transport company with your booking number and last name.
  4. If nobody comes, screenshot your calls and photograph the arrivals board showing your flight.
  5. Take another car or taxi and keep the receipt.

Intui's terms say that if the transport company was at fault, Intui refunds the missed trip in full, up to the amount Intui received. If your taxi cost more, you must claim the difference from the transport company.

How and when to complain

Send complaints in writing to customer@intui.travel within 20 days of the return trip (or your only trip), with evidence: call logs, messages with times, a photo of the arrivals board or of the meeting point. Intui's terms say it investigates within 30 calendar days. A complaint can be refused if it is late, has no evidence, your phone number was wrong, or you did not contact the transport company.

A short checklist before you book

  • Write down the free-cancellation deadline shown with the offer.
  • Choose FLEXI if your flight or dates may change.
  • Check the waiting time in the car's description.
  • Enter the right flight number and a phone number that works abroad.
  • Save the transport company's contacts offline.
  • Note how you pay, since refund fees differ by payment method.

The main rule is simple: cancel yourself, online, before the deadline shown with your offer, and you should get your money back minus any processor fee. E-mail cancellations and one-leg changes cost extra. Check the conditions in your own order, keep written proof, and contact the transport company early when plans change.
