Each box contains one authentic shirt with its labels attached, and the store rather than the buyer decides the club. Mystershirt says it sources shirts in bulk from clubs, brands and manufacturers, which lets it charge less than a typical club shop. It reports more than 100,000 customers, and shirts are hand-picked in a 500 m² warehouse holding over 30,000 of them.

Mystershirt delivers worldwide with tracking. As of September 2026, orders placed before 4:00 PM leave the same day. Express delivery within Europe is quoted at 1 to 4 days and the rest of the world at 1 to 30 days, and tracking may need 2 to 3 business days to show its first update. EU orders carry no customs charges, while buyers elsewhere may face import fees that depend on the country. According to Mystershirt, all its shirts are genuine and come with labels attached. Authenticity is one of the points buyers mention most positively in customer reviews. A Premium box may contain a shirt from one or two seasons back rather than the current kit.
Within the 100-day window, return postage is the buyer's cost when the shirt is simply not to their taste. If Mystershirt sent the wrong item or a damaged one, it pays the postage back after checking the return. Refunds usually follow 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
