Helium 10 is a software suite for online sellers, run by Pixel Labs, LLC in Irvine, California. Its tools help a seller pick products, find search terms, write and score listings, run ads, plan stock and read sales figures in one account. The company puts its user count at more than 4.5 million; that number comes from Helium 10 itself.
It is an online service, not a shop. You work in a web app and a Chrome extension, and you need an account. The site and prices are in English and US dollars.
These prices come from the Helium 10 pricing page in October 2026; tax is added when you pay. Diamond raises most limits and adds the AI ad tools and extra users.
Nothing is shipped: access starts online as soon as the account is open. The marketplaces covered are Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop, and Helium 10 claims 24 or more of them, without a country list on the pages we could read. For help there is a knowledge base, a request form and a chat window inside the app; no support hours are given.
A first purchase can be refunded in full if you stop within seven days. From day eight, the terms rule out refunds, and any exception is up to Helium 10. Subscriptions renew automatically until you stop them, which you can do yourself in the account, through chat or by email; a pause of 1, 3 or 6 months is also possible. As a service, it comes with no warranty.
Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.1 from 713 reviews (checked 9 October 2026). The low scores mostly concern higher prices, tools moved to dearer plans, charges after a cancellation and refunds that were refused, while the positive ones like the tools. The separate Chrome Web Store score of 4.1 from 771 ratings covers only the browser extension.
