Wandernana Review 2026: Are the Detox Powders Worth It?

Short verdict: Wandernana is a French brand that sells detox infusions, appetite-control powders and short programme boxes, shipped from France to ten European countries. The products are mid-priced food supplements with a clear 14-day return right, but that right only covers unopened items, so you cannot send back a powder once you have tried it. We rate it 3.7 out of 5.

What the products claim to do

Wandernana says magic powder is meant to help with appetite, power detox+ and detox express are meant to support a cleanse, wander slim and extrem burn are aimed at weight management, and black night is meant to support sleep. These are the brand's own claims about food supplements, not medical claims, and the site itself says results depend on diet and exercise. The products are not medicines. Wandernana's FAQ says only the cherry-stem infusion is described as compatible with pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it recommends anyone on medication ask a doctor before starting any of the powders or infusions.

Subscriptions and multi-packs

Wandernana does not sell its core powders and infusions as a running subscription; instead, ordering two or three pots, sachet packs or boxes in one purchase lowers the price per unit, as shown in the range column above. The premium collagène page is priced per month, which suggests it is meant to be reordered regularly, but each order is a separate one-time purchase rather than an automatic renewal you would need to cancel.

Shipping

Wandernana ships from France. When we checked on 21 September 2026, a roughly €26 order cost €5.99 to a Mondial Relay pickup point or €6.50 for home delivery within France, €9.90 to Belgium, €7.50 to Germany, €5.99 to Spain and €10.99 to Switzerland. Pickup point and standard home delivery both take 3 to 7 days after the order is dispatched, and express delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves. We found no free-shipping threshold, so even larger orders carry a delivery charge; a pickup point in France is the cheapest option.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The catch for this type of product is that items must be complete and unopened in their original packaging: once a pot of powder or a sachet box has been opened, it cannot be returned. To start a return, you email contact@wandernana.com with the withdrawal form from the site and your order number. You pay the cost of sending the parcel back, and the original delivery fee is not refunded, only the price of the product itself. The refund is issued within 14 days of Wandernana receiving your withdrawal notice, by the same payment method you used to pay, and it may wait until the parcel physically arrives back. If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, you have 30 days to report it with photos.

Wandernana's own FAQ breaks this down as roughly six in ten reviews at five stars and around two in ten at one star, with the negative reviews mostly about delivery delays and the taste of the powders and infusions. We could not reach Trustpilot directly today to confirm this score is still current.
