Shipping

Shipping is free on nearly all orders. The exceptions are remote destinations: Alaska and Hawaii pay $70 to $1,000 depending on weight, remote parts of Canada pay C$30 to C$240, and a handful of European locations pay €5 to €40. Standard items are processed in 1 to 2 days and typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. Heavy items over 66 lbs (about 30 kg) or oversized items can take 10 to 15 working days to arrive, which matters for equipment like pressure washers or engine bars that fall into that weight range.

Returns and refunds

Vevor allows returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition, and it also accepts returns for items that arrive damaged, wrong, not as described, or with missing parts. To start a return, you contact support with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, Vevor emails a prepaid FedEx return label, so you are not charged for return shipping. Refunds are then processed to the original payment method: 3 to 15 business days back to a credit card, 1 to 2 days to PayPal, up to 14 days for Klarna, and 3 to 5 days for Afterpay. Vevor also accepts card, PayPal, Klarna and Afterpay as payment methods.
