Short verdict: Spacegoods sells UK-made mushroom powders you mix into water or milk, including a coffee alternative, a sleep blend, matcha and an electrolyte mix. The starter kit sale prices are genuinely low, but most of them only apply if you accept a subscription that renews at a much higher price. We rate it 4.2 out of 5.

That same day, the homepage was running a sale showing starter kits at £29 and Astro Dust or Hydro Dust at £19, but those lower figures are first-order prices tied to a subscription, which then renews at the regular subscriber price unless you cancel first.

What's in the blends?

Spacegoods says an 8 g serving of Rainbow Dust contains Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga mushroom extracts, KSM-66 ashwagandha, rhodiola, coffee (about 20 mg caffeine) and cocoa, at 29 kcal. The brand describes it as supporting "focus, energy and mental performance," and describes Astro Dust as a blend for relaxation and sleep. These are the brand's own claims, not medical advice, and we have not tested whether the ingredients work as described. Spacegoods states a maximum of two servings a day for Rainbow Dust. Astro Dust, Matcha Dust and Hydro Dust use different mixes of mushrooms, matcha and electrolytes for their stated purpose, though the brand does not publish the same level of ingredient detail for every blend on the pages we checked.

Starter kits and subscriptions

Most starter kits are tied to a subscription rather than sold as a simple one-off. The very low sale price on the homepage is for the first order only; after that the subscription renews at the regular subscriber price. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel from your account at spacegoods.com under Manage Subscription, and Spacegoods says this can be done at any time. If you only want to try one blend, cancel or skip as soon as you decide rather than waiting, since the store does not state a fixed notice period before the next billing date. If you cannot get into your account, Spacegoods says to email support@spacegoods.com with your order number.

Shipping

UK orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.99, or free on subscription orders; next-day delivery costs £6.99. EU orders ship from a Netherlands warehouse and typically take 3 to 5 working days, with delivery fees and any customs charges shown at checkout. Orders to other countries have their shipping options shown at checkout. Spacegoods says all orders are tracked.

Returns and refunds

Spacegoods gives 60 days from delivery to request a return, but the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you must email support@spacegoods.com before sending anything back; unrequested returns are refused. EU customers also have a legal 14-day cooling-off right on top of this, though EU return shipping fees are paid by the customer rather than by Spacegoods. Once a return is approved, refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

On Trustpilot, Spacegoods held a 4.5 out of 5 score from more than 9,600 reviews when we checked on 12 September 2026 (today's score was not available to us). At that check, about 76% of reviews were five stars, and the most common complaint, in roughly 7% of reviews, was about subscriptions renewing unexpectedly, which matches the subscription terms described above.
