IM8 Health Review 2026: Is This All-in-One Supplement Worth It?

Short verdict: IM8 Health sells a small range of all-in-one supplement drinks, built around Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro, on monthly, quarterly or one-time plans. What is IM8 Health?

IM8 Health is a supplement brand, co-founded by David Beckham, that sells powdered drinks meant to replace several separate pills and powders with one daily mix. Its main product, Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro, is described by the store as combining around 90 ingredients into a single serving. IM8 also sells Daily Ultimate Longevity, aimed at healthy ageing, and The Beckham Stack, which combines both formulas. The company says its powders are made in the USA and are NSF Certified for Sport, a third-party testing programme used to check that supplements do not contain banned substances. IM8 ships to 46 countries.

On the day we checked, IM8's home page was also running a sale banner offering an extra free month on the quarterly plan and a free welcome kit; that kind of home page offer can change from day to day, so the table above reflects the standard subscription and one-time prices rather than any short-term promotion.

What you get and how the subscription works

Each plan ships a powder that you mix into water once a day. New subscribers get a welcome kit, which IM8 says has included items such as extra sachets, a storage box and a bottle, worth up to around €100 when we checked its earlier pricing on 16 September 2026. Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans every four weeks, quarterly plans every twelve weeks. You manage or cancel a subscription from your IM8 account by opening the plan, choosing "More" and then "Cancel"; you can also skip or pause a delivery from the same menu. Cancelling does not stop an order that has already started processing, so IM8 says to cancel a few days before the renewal date, or email its support team straight away if a renewal has already gone through.

Because supplement claims are not evaluated by regulators, treat statements about energy, focus or healthy ageing as IM8's own marketing claims rather than medical advice. Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication should check with a doctor before starting any of these products.

Shipping

IM8 ships subscription orders free to 46 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia and most of the EU, with customs duties and taxes already included in the price, so nothing extra is due on delivery. One-time (non-subscription) orders pay shipping at checkout; when we checked pricing to Europe on 16 September 2026, this came to €5.67 to the Netherlands and €7.22 to Germany. Delivery estimates vary by source: the checkout has quoted around 3 business days to Amsterdam and 3 to 8 days to Berlin, while IM8's own help centre gives longer windows of 9 to 12 business days for Europe, 4 to 6 days for the US, and 3 to 5 days for the UK. Returns and refunds

IM8's money-back guarantee applies only to your first order: 30 days from delivery for monthly plans and one-time purchases, or 90 days for quarterly plans. To use it, you start a request through the returns portal on im8health.com, where any return shipping fee is shown before you submit the claim. Renewals and any later plan changes are not covered by this guarantee, so a second or third shipment on the same subscription cannot be refunded under this policy. If you want to stop future charges, cancelling the subscription itself, rather than asking for a refund, is the more reliable option.

According to the Trustpilot rating recorded for im8health.com, the store had a score of 4.5 out of 5 from 1,928 reviews when we checked on 16 September 2026 (Trustpilot was not accessible for a fresh check today). IM8's own site also lists a separate, higher rating from tens of thousands of its own on-site reviews, which is worth noting as a brand-run rating rather than an independent one. We did not find a detailed breakdown of common praise or complaints in the sources we checked, so we cannot report specific recurring themes beyond the overall score.

It is less suited to shoppers who want the lowest possible cost per ingredient, who prefer to choose their own individual supplements, or who are not comfortable managing a recurring subscription and remembering to cancel it on time.
