Quick answer: To cancel a Feel subscription, log in to the customer portal on wearefeel.com with the email you used to order and cancel the specific subscription. UK and EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period on the first subscription order, during which they can cancel in the portal or by email; after that, Feel says cancellations go through the portal only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unopened and sealed only, you pay the return postage, and the refund takes up to 10 business days after the parcel arrives. Prices and policies in this guide were checked on 21 October 2026.
How we wrote this guide: we read Feel's subscription cancellation policy, refund policy, shipping policy and product pages on 21 October 2026 and summarised what they say. We have not ordered from Feel ourselves, so this guide repeats the store's own rules rather than our experience. Policies can change, so check the pages in the Feel footer and your order emails before you act.
How a Feel subscription works
Feel (wearefeel.com) is a UK vegan supplement brand founded in London in 2019 and run by Feel Holdings Limited in Poole, Dorset. Every product page offers a one-time purchase or a plan called "Subscribe & Save". The plan options run every 1 to 10 weeks, every 3 months or every 14 weeks, and each frequency carries the same percentage off the one-time price for that product.
The subscription auto-renews: at your chosen frequency Feel prepares, charges and dispatches the next order without asking you first. The product page states "Auto-renews" and "Cancel anytime via customer portal". Subscribers also collect rewards points (Feel says every GBP 1 spent is worth 1,000 points or more) and the rewards page notes that an active subscription is needed to claim some gifts. If you want to cancel a Feel subscription later, the same portal is where you do it, so it helps to know the login email from day one.
What the subscription percentage looks like in GBP
The percentage off differs by product, from 23.08% to 40.04% on the pages we checked. The table shows the one-time UK price, the subscription percentage shown on the product page, and the resulting subscription price, calculated from the product page percentage.
| Product | One-time price | Subscription percentage | Subscription price (calculated) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multivitamin (60 capsules) | GBP 35.04 | 31.65% | GBP 23.95 |
| Pro Collagen powder (300 g) | GBP 42.79 | 30% | GBP 29.95 |
| Menopause (60 capsules) | GBP 39.63 | 32% | GBP 26.95 |
| Pro Collagen Gels (30 sachets) | GBP 77.94 | 23.08% | GBP 59.95 |
| Pro Collagen Jelly (30 sachets) | GBP 49.95 | 40.04% | GBP 29.95 |
Feel also sells "one-time boxes" for some products, for example Multivitamin and Menopause at GBP 28.95, which are 30-day packs with no subscription attached. If you only want to try a product once, that option avoids the portal altogether.
How to skip, delay or change a delivery
Feel's cancellation policy says you can change the frequency, update your details or skip a delivery at any time in the customer portal. The login uses the email address from your purchase. The product page adds that you can "downgrade to a monthly subscription", so moving from a short cycle to a longer one is allowed without cancelling.
- Skip: open the subscription in the portal and skip the next delivery; the following one stays scheduled.
- Change frequency: pick another interval from the 1 to 10 week, 3 month or 14 week options.
- Update details: address and payment changes are also made in the portal.
The policy does not state a deadline before the billing date for a skip to take effect, so make the change as early as you can in the cycle.
How do I cancel my Feel subscription?
The customer portal is the primary method. Feel's policy describes it this way:
- Go to wearefeel.com and open the account login.
- Sign in with the email address you used when you placed the subscription order.
- Open your subscriptions and select the specific one you want to end. If you have more than one, each is cancelled separately.
- Choose cancel and confirm.
- Keep the confirmation email. Feel says that once the cancellation is processed before the next billing date, no further order is sent.
Feel notes that if you cancel by phone or email instead, it may ask for extra information to identify the subscription. After the first 14 days, the policy says cancellations "can only be made through the customer portal", so email is a fallback only inside the cooling-off window.
Does Feel have a cooling-off period?
Yes, for UK and EU customers. Feel's policy gives a 14-day cooling-off period on the first subscription order. During those 14 days you can cancel through the portal or by email. This matches the statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving an order. For the UK, the policy says the refund is made within 14 days to the original payment method.
Two limits apply. The cooling-off period covers the first subscription order only, not every renewal. And Feel says refunds follow its Returns Policy, which "differs by region", so customers outside the UK and EU should read the version for their store.
Can I get a refund from Feel on a one-time order?
Feel's refund policy sets a 14-day window from delivery to open a return request. The rules are:
- Only unused items with the original pouch, tub or sachet unopened and sealed are accepted. The outer shipping box may be opened.
- Email support with your order number, the products and the reason. Feel then sends return instructions.
- You must send the item back within a further 14 days after receiving those instructions.
- You pay the return postage, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
- No exchanges or product swaps are offered.
- The refund is issued up to 10 business days after the return arrives at Feel.
There is no money-back guarantee beyond the 14 days. Rights for faulty or damaged items apply at any time, as the policy itself notes. Feel also mentions a separate note about returns after an allergic reaction; we did not read that text, so ask support if it applies to you.
Shipping facts that matter for returns
Feel's shipping policy affects both the refund amount and the return deadline:
- UK delivery is free on orders over GBP 20 and GBP 3.95 below that. The Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland and some lower-access postcodes pay GBP 6.95.
- Orders dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, with expected delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
- Feel asks you to check the contents on arrival and report any damage or missing items within 7 business days.
- The 14-day return window starts from delivery, so note the delivery date from the tracking email.
Because the shipping fee is not refunded and you pay the return postage, a return of a single tub under GBP 20 can cost a noticeable share of the price. Check the figures before posting it back.
Common problems and what to do
You cannot log in to the portal
The portal uses the purchase email. If you used a different address or cannot receive the login email, contact Feel support with your order number so they can identify the subscription.
You have more than one subscription
Each product subscription is separate. Cancel the specific one you want to stop; the others continue.
You cancelled after the billing date
Feel's policy only promises that no further order is sent when the cancellation is processed before the next billing date. If the charge has already gone through, the store does not state whether that order is refunded or can be stopped. The one-time return rules (unopened, within 14 days of delivery, return postage paid by you) are the only written route, and the policy does not say whether they apply to a subscription renewal.
The parcel arrived damaged
Report it within 7 business days of delivery, with photos if you have them. Damaged-item rights are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window.
A checklist before you subscribe to Feel
- Note the email address you order with; it is your portal login.
- Pick a frequency you can keep. You can lengthen it later, but the policy gives no cut-off for changes before a billing date.
- Put the first delivery date in your calendar: the 14-day cooling-off period and the 14-day return window both start from delivery.
- Decide whether a one-time box at GBP 28.95 suits a first try better than a renewing plan.
- Remember the return rules: unopened and sealed only, no exchanges, you pay the return postage, the original shipping fee stays with Feel.
- Keep every confirmation email, including the cancellation email, in case a renewal is sent by mistake.
All figures in this guide come from the UK store in GBP and were checked on 21 October 2026. Feel can change its prices, percentages or policies at any time.
